XO Network hosts 12 monthly meetings for each chapter each year. Eight of these meetings are Forums Style that may qualify for CEU credits. These are Member-only meetings, with invited Resource Partners as moderators. The other four (4) meetings are held once per quarter, and are intended for Member Networking / Membership Recruitment. An Annual Report will be published at the conclusion of each year that will comprise a compilation of case studies produced by Members that attend all Forum meetings. Names will be removed from the case studies, to respect the confidential nature of the Forum. ​

Members will also have their Profile listed in the online Member Directory, where they will have access to the contact information of their executive-level peers. Members also have the ability to communicate within the XO Network Community - a real-time activity feed within a confidential system where you can post questions, respond to other members, and share experiences.
